I have spotted them on two Laurens' so far....my 24-year-old sister and Lauren Conrad (The Hills). Dang, I have LC gossip @ the end of this post.The bracelets only cost $5 bucks and the money helps preserve the Brazilian rain forests.
My sister said that you wrap it around your wrist twice and have someone tie it on using 3 knots. Each knot represents a wish...you get 3.
