Getting Married?

My best friend's mom handmade her wedding garter(s). Yes, she made two beautiful garters..one to keep and one to throw. I took a look at those gorgeous thigh bracelets and said..."No way can you let some drunk guy at your wedding keep it."When I decide to get married I want her (Donna Thomsen) to make my garters!
